NM.  Responsibilities: Finding playwrights, directors and new work by artists from historically ignored communities. Scheduling season. Requirements: fluent Spanish; BFA or equivalent; professional acting , designing or directing credits; minimum 2 years professional experience with physical and improvisational theater, esp. Growtoski, Boal, Spolin in multicultural context; strong organizational and people skills; innovative artistic approaches to social change and community advocacy.
